Srinagar, 30 Aug: The Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Democratic Party led by Mehbooba Mufti on Monday appointed Kashmir-based prominent journalist Bashir Ahmad Beigh as the party’s media coordinator for Kashmir province.
Bashir Ahmad Beigh has vast experience in the media profession, besides, worked with several local and non-local media organizations over the years. His writing skills have been widely endorsed by the political circles in Kashmir.
Pertinently, Beigh has been associated with PDP since 2009 during the leadership of Late Mufti Muhammad Syed. He has served many posts on Zonal and District levels.
