Srinagar, Feb 10 (Only Kashmir): Hurriyat Conference led by incarcerated Mirwaiz Umar Farooq asked people to be wary of mischief mongers and agencies who are spreading false rumors through some media outlets that some APHC leader led by the Mirwaiz group has reached out to New Delhi asking for “apology”.
The APHC statement said its chairman Mirwaiz Umar Farooq has been detained at home for the past one and a half years by authorities.
Pertinently, a section of media carried news stating that three pro-freedom leaders from Kashmir valley met top leadership in Delhi for the first time after revocation of the limited-autonomy and bifurcation of the state into two Union territories.
