New Delhi, June 07 (Only Kashmir): TeamLease Services, who claims India’s largest staffing company with one stop solution for all the Human Resources requirements, offering innovative & integrated Human Resource services has allegedly duped about 700 of its employees across the country who were contracted to provide services with Gujrat based organic products and solutions company “Azafran Innovacion Ltd.”
The TeamLease has illegally fired its 700 employees working as Beauty Advisors (BA) on different counters across the country. The Beauty Advisors have been told that due to the outbreak of Covid-19 no salaries would be paid w.e.f April2020 besides there would be no enlistment of their names in TeamLease records henceforth as employees.
The Beauty Advisors mostly girls who came from poor and downtrodden families have expressed shock over the ill treatment of the TeamLease, firing with without any justification.
One of the employees of TeamLease stated that the “Bengaluru based TeamLease would work as third party to provide jobs across the country as such we were asked to provide services for Gujrat based organic products and solutions company “Azafran Innovacion Ltd” over the years, adding, a fresh contract was signed with us recently for a year, following the outbreak of Covid-19 the TeamLease without assigning any reason fired us.”
The Beauty Advisors said when we contact the Azafran Innovacion Ltd we were told to contact TeamLease as we are in contract with TeamLease only.
The Beauty Advisors also filed a complaint in Labour Ministry against the Gujrat based Azafran Innovacion Ltd and are looking to file against the TeamLease services also.
“Even the TeamLease has blocked us on all social media platforms following we enquired about our salaries and jobs, this un-professional and unethical act is unacceptable and we will not spare any stone unturned to get justice, even we have to move Supreme Court,” an emotion Beauty Advisor said while expressing regret over his job loss.
